WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING? 

All orders receive FREE worldwide shipping.

WHAT POSTAL SERVICE YOU USE? 

You will be received parcel in your NATIONAL postal service in your country.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

From the time your order is placed and the date when you received it, there are two processes to consider.

Fulfillment: Standard processing time is 2-3 business days. Depending on the circumstances (high volume of orders) and inventory levels, it can take a little longer than usual for orders to be shipped out.

Shipping: When your order will be sent, we will inform you an email with all tracking information. If you do not receive this email, please see it in SPAM folder. 
If the tracking number is valid but lacks tracking information, please wait 1-2 days for the postal service provider to update tracking information then check again. Deliveries can take up to 10 to 14 business days, depends on speed of your postal service.
We guarantee the manufacture of your order, send of your order and that parcel delivered in your country.
After parcel delivered in your country - all depends on your postal service. 
We can not be held responsible for your postal service in the event of non-receipt.

 WHAT ABOUT POSSIBLE CUSTOM FEES?

We send your orders like a «gift». We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

We are not able to offer a refund for returned goods which are returned because the customer wishes to avoid paying any customs duties imposed.

We cannot guarantee that items will not be subject to random checks and cause associated delays and charges. AGE® is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

WILL THIS ITEM GET TO ME BEFORE _________?

If you plan to give one of our products as a gift, before buying, please see terms of delivery. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before the holidays.

CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ADDRESS/ORDER?

You can however, cancel your order within 24 hours and your money will be refunded. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.

Technical details.

The color of the skin may differ from the color in the photos. This moment depends on the skin.
Each new batch of skin may be slightly different from the previous one.  We try to convey the color as good as possible, but it's very difficult to take a picture of the real color.
The skin has the property of stretching, for this reason some elements can be hard to use in the first time. Over time, the product will be stretched in the time of use and take the form of the contents.

Refund & Returns

The web site identified by the uniform resource locator age.com.ua (the “Site”) is provided by AGE® as a service to our customers. This Returns and Refund (the “Agreement” or “Policy”) is entered into between you as a registered user of the site (“Registered User”) and AGE®.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We don't exchange for smaller or larger sizes. All of our products have different measurements, so it is VERY important to compare the measurements in each product to the measurements of a garment you already own for accuracy. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, send us an email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and send clear pictures showing the damage on your item. Once we inspect the pictures you are required to send the damaged item to the return address via your national postal service.

 

Wrong or damaged item

We strongly advise that you, as a customer, control that the item is correct and flawless when you receive your delivery. If you have received the wrong item, or if it is damaged, please contact us within 1 business days. If your product is damaged when delivered, you should (without delay and no later than 1 business days after delivery contact This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . You’re required to provide clear quality close-up picture(s) or video(s) showing the fault/ damage, order number.

It is then when we can investigate and agree with the customer to either send a replacement or the customer returns the damaged product paying the return shipping so that we issue a full refund.

 

Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to the return address via your national postal service. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be added your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days.


Refunds (if applicable)

Only regular priced items and defects in items may be refunded, unfortunately “Sale (discount) or Giveaway” items cannot be refunded.

 

Late or missing payment refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Cancel order
